Transition Planning

Parents should:
- make sure that all adult services are in place
- become involved in the program that the student is entering
- complete required financial aid forms
- Remember adult services ARE NOT MANDATORY.  They are
  based on eligibility. 

Parents and student should:
- review options that may become available
- arrange for modified testing if necessary

Upper School Graduation Project
Required                                           
- 11th grade transcript  
- English class resume
- test results
