This week has found our Santa Workshop in full swing. Our hands have been busy cutting,
pasting, working with yarn, painting and much much more. We are preparing for our annual craft sale
on December 8-9. The students are working very hard and are quite proud of their accomplishments.
You will be pleased to see their work. Please stop by on the days of our craft sale to see what we have
done.
We also had our annual Thanksgiving Luncheon this week. We did our part for the meal by making a
yummy dessert. Everyone helped measure, pour and stir to make our festive treat. We had full tummys
when the event was over and we also received a certificate for our accomplishments in our classroom.
The next few weeks will be extremely busy for us. We have many fun activities planned. We will be
going to Good Workers, the Holiday party at Carnegie Museum, to the mall to see Santa, and numerous
other activities. We will be making special shirts to wear for our festivities which we will sent home at
Christmas break.
Thank you for all of your work keeping up with homework and the many things happening in our
class. We are looking forward to a happy and fun filled holiday season!
Some dates to keep in mind are:
