Reading Rainbow

We have a winner! Congratulations to ElizabethAnn of K-B who is the Kindergarten second place winner in WHYY's 2008 Reading Rainbow Young Writers and Illustrators Contest. Her story titled "The Rainbow and the Balloon" will be recognized at an awards ceremony at WHYY on May 22.

We had so many wonderful stories with terrific illustrations that we were so proud to send to WHYY. Congratulations to all our students who worked so hard and did a great job on WMA's first year of participation in this contest. What a great beginning!
