Dear Parents,
The long weekend certainly flew by! I hope you and your family had a chance
to relax a bit and enjoy each others company. Now, back to the business of
school...
We will be having a unit 3 math test on the Wednesday. It will be on;
counting pennies, nickels and dimes, making exchanges,odd and even numbers,
frames and arrows, domino addition, time to the hour and half hour, simple
addition and subtraction using the number grid and recognizing and extending a
pattern. A review sheet will come home on Monday and Tuesday night.
I have already received one grandparent letter and look forward to reading
them all. Please send them in by December 11. Look for the December happenings
paper coming home on Tuesday. Put it in a secure place so that you can refer
to it as the month goes on. First up will be a letter to Santa! Directions and
paper will come home on Wednesday. Enjoy!
