| We are jumping with joy! We finally met Miss J last week, and now we know
all the letters of the alphabet. Your child should be able to identify and
form each letter. They might even suprise you with how well they can produce
a word that starts with the letter person sounds (most times). If they get
stuck, ask you child what the Letter Person is known for (i.e. Noisy Nose=
Mr. N). If your child is still expeciencing difficulty, ask me for some
games and strageties that may help you at home.
Another great thing to practice is the numbers. We have finally made it all
the way up to 9! Make sure they say their rhymes as the they draw their
numbers!
Don't forget to practice rhyming and opposites. These are both important pre-
reading skills too!
