Our library is staffed by a certified librarian, a library aide, and parent
volunteers.
The librarian, Mrs. Louise Roberts, is a native of Allentown, PA. She
graduated from Misericordia University with a B. S. in Biology Education and
from Kutztown University with a Masters of Library Science K-12 degree.
Mrs.Roberts has two grown children and resides in Dallas with her husband.
This school year, we welcome Lois Noble as our library aide for both
Wycallis Elem. and Dallas Elem. Mrs. Noble received a B.S. in Liberal
Studies from Misericordia University and worked as an aide at the Montessori
school in Kingston. She was an aide at the Dallas High School for 3 years.
Quilting and gardening are Lois's current hobbies. She has three grown
children and resides in Dallas with her husband.
We are committed to helping our students become effective users of
ideas and information. We strive to instill a love of reading and literature
in the hope that our students will become independent learners and
lifelong readers.
