14. Why does he/she get an extra day for the test/quiz/lab/homework?

In the PA education system, �fair� does not mean giving every student the 
same education.  Fair means giving each student what he/she needs.    Some 
students have Individual Education Plans in which I must legally follow.

In the PA education system, �fair� does not mean treating every student the 
same education.  Fair means giving each student what he/she needs.    Some 
students have specific Behavior Plans that I must legally follow.
