Hello Parents and Guardians,
Thanks for taking the time to read my message.
Because I have approximately 140 Science 8 students, I will do my best to
respond to your e-mails and voicemails as soon as I possibly can. The
messages will be answered in the order in which they were received. If there
are a lot of messages/mails, I will get as many done as I can in one day. If
I can't get back to all parents in one day, I will respond on the following
school day. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Also, because I have 140 students taking Science 8, I don't call or email
parents everytime a student misses a homework or an assignment. I will
notify partent(s) if a student has failed a test. Keep an eye out for the
quarterly progress reports that are generated and mailed about half way
through the marking quarter.
Also, you will be able to monitor your child's acadmic progress on Wyoming
Area's Progress Book. By periodcially logging onto and viewing Progress
Book, you will be able to see if your child has missed an
assignment as well as view test scores, quiz scores and any other graded
assignment. (Keep in mind that it may take several days for me to grade and
record the grades into Progress Book for you to view).
