Santa's workshop is Wednesday Dec. 9th.
Our Christmas Party is Wed. Dec. 23rd. A note was sent home about a gift
exchange. This is also a half day. Students are dismissed at noon.
Christmas Vacation begins Thursday, Dec. 24th. Students will return to
school on Monday, Jan.4th
The students can be using Study Island and Odyssey at home!!!!
We are busy working on our multiplication and division facts. Please help
your children memorize their facts. This is extremely important!! Please
also make sure they know there basic add and subtract facts. We will be
working on more complex Math topics that involve these basic skills
throughout the year.
Also when there are tests, please help your children prepare and study for
them.
If they learn their study skills now, future preparation for tests will be
easier.
Please remember to check your child's planner and homework folder daily!!!!
Have your children read a little everyday to help with their comprehension
skills. Our class is also trying to read a 100 books by December 18th.
