Homework Policy
Homework will be given Monday thru Thursday. There may be times when a
test,quiz, or project will be due on Monday.
Each student will recieve a planner to write down all the assignments,
tests, and projects, and when they are due. I will initial the planners
everyday. Please make sure to look at the planners to see what homework or
tests your child has coming up.
If a student does not have their homework, they will get a homework slip.
If they recieve three homework slips, they will get detention.
Spelling Homework
Everyone will recieve an assignment booklet for each reading theme. There is
a contract that each student will sign that will make them aware of their
assignments which are to be completed. The assignments are to wrie each word
in cursive, write the words in alphabetical order, and to either write a
story or write a senence for each word.
Tests and Quizzes
I give about a weeks notice before a test. Quizzes maybe announced or
unannounced. Everyone needs to get their reading tests signed. If you
recieved a B- or below, I will put a stamp on your test or quiz and it will
need to be signed.
