How long should Journal entries be?

For proper credit each entry should be 5-7 sentences long. Those 
students who 
show great effort, usually 10 sentences or more, can earn bonus 
points.

How will we know if we have a test or quiz?

Test and quizzes are listed on the side board of the classroom 
usually one 
week prior to the testing date. However, quizzes can occur 
without notice.
