6th Grade School Supply List
The following basic school supplies are suggested for Mrs. Connor�s
6th grade class. Please try to provide as many items on the list as
possible for your child.
Please mark supplies and jackets with student's name.

#2 Pencils ( 1 dozen) - From experience, pencils that use #2 lead are preferred over the constant sharpening that is required from the ordinary pencils |

|
|
Storage for pencils, pens, etc. (zippered pencil case is preferred but boxes are acceptable) |

|
|
|
Storage box for art supplies (to be stored in designated classroom area, separate from everyday needed items, such as pencils, pens, etc.) |

Small personal pencil sharpener |

Ball Point Pen (blue or black erasable ink only) |

5 Pocket Folders (Please, NO Trapper Keepers/Binders – They are not recommended because of lack of space in the students’ desks.) |

Try color coding notebooks/folders per subject to help with organization. For example, you may want to buy a yellow notebook and folder for Spelling, a green notebook and folder for English, etc. It makes loading up your homework at the end of the day v |
