HOMEWORK POLICY:
Homework is a very important part of your child's education. It is assigned
to reinforce concepts taught in the classroom, to help your child develop
responsibility, and to keep you informed about what your child is learning.
Homework is assigned Monday through Friday. It is expected that homework is
done NEATLY and COMPLETELY. Failure to complete an assignment will result
in the issuance of a homework slip and the loss of recess. If your child
cannot complete an assignment, due to an unforeseen circumstance, please
write me a note and he or she may complete the assignment the following
evening.
All homework assignments must be SIGNED and RETURNED in the homework section
of your child's F.F.O. Folder. This will ensure that you have seen your
child's homework.
Homework includes the following:
*Reading Worksheets
*Math Worksheets
*Vocabulary Words
*Spelling Words
*Any book placed on the Homework side of the F.F.O Folder
*Handwriting
