Monday thru Friday - LANGUAGE ARTS - Students should practice orally any
words on cut and paste papers and vocabulary flash cards sent home for every
story each week.
Students should review all papers sent home each night. There will also be
phonics books sent home each week with yellow or pink slips attached.
Please fill out the slip after the child has read the book and return it to
school the next day.
Vocabulary tests are given at the end of each story. Theme Vocabulary tests
after each theme ends. Skills tests are given on Day #5 of each story.
Theme tests are given after a theme has been completed.
Tuesday and Thursday - MATH - Practice papers will be sent home marked H.W.
in the corner. Please return the completed page to school the next day.
If the need arises, I will send homework home on Monday and Wednesday also.
