F.I.S.H Binders

F.I.S.H is an acronym for First 
Grade Information Stored Here.

This 3-ring binder houses 
information that the students and 
their parents will need on a 
regular basis.  It includes a 
spelling 
and reading notebook, contact 
information, a money pouch, and 
much, much more!

Contact Page and Specials Schedule

You can find this page inside of 
one of the plastic sheet 
protectors inside the binder.  
Here you will find phone numbers, 
e-mail address, and website 
addresses.  They will always be 
handy for you to try to contact me!
You will also find a schedule here 
of our daily specials.

Leave Home Folder

Anything that is stored in this 
folder can be left home!  It does 
not need to come back to school.

Money Pouch

You can place checks or money for 
the cafeteria in this pocket!

Parent./Teacher Communication Log

Here you will find loose leaf 
paper.  This is a great place for 
you or I to write notes back and 
forth to each other.  Gone are the 
days of lost notes!

Bring Back (homework) folder

In this folder you will find all 
the homework that needs to be 
completed and returned to school 
the next day.  You will also find 
forms and paperwork that must be 
completed and returned A.S.A.P.

Class List and Schedule

A class list and the weekly 
schedule will be kept here, 
protected by a plastic sheet!

Test Pocket and Behavior Chart

In the test pocket, you will find 
your child's tests.  Please look 
over them, sign them, and return 
them the next day.  
A behavior chart can be found in 
your child's F.I.S.H. Binder as 
well.  Please check it often for 
updates.  Initial near all new 
behavior notices!
