Hello, my name is Ms. Lesniak and I am going to be teaching First Grade this
year! This is my third
year at Chatham Park; I'm excited to be back, and ready for a new challenging
year. I graduated
from Penn State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.
I am now continuing my education at St. Joe's University.
I am originally from North East PA between Scranton and the Pocono Mountains,
so I'm very used to cold weather and a lot of snow! I moved to Philadelphia
due to the love of the city I gained visiting my sister :)
I have always loved working with children, spending all 4 of my college years
volunteering with the Second Mile (www.thesecondmile.org) mentoring and summer
camp programs. Teaching is not just a job for me, it's a passion; I love
spending each day with your children, and I expect to have a fabulous year!
I have three key missions for this class:

To grow together, learning how to be successful in school and life.
