organized in the Book Nook for
students to use during Quiet
Reading time. |
Computer Area This is where students
work individually or in pairs to
do a variety of engagements,
including Accelerated Reader,
publishing, internet research, and
reading games. |

Cool Cat Gallery Students' writing is
displayed in the Cool Cat Gallery,
and students use the Listening
Lounge during Reading Workshop. |
Cubbies Students keep their Cool
Cat Folders and textbooks in their
cubbies. Each student has a
number, and this helps to keep me
organized in a million different
ways! |

Carpet Area We meet here for calendar,
read alouds, and group activities
each day. |
Jobs and Learning Centers Students check their jobs
here each week. Learning Centers
are stored in this area also. |

Books On Tape Storage I store all of our books
on tape by hanging with coat
hangers. |
Organization I keep each child's papers
for the week in the slots and send
them home in their "Cool Cat
Folder." |
