XC UNIFORM AGREEMENT 2009

_______________________________, will be issued a cross country uniform in August. This uniform will be returned on or before November 13^th. If this uniform is lost or not returned, I agree to pay $50 to the BEHS cross country team for the lost uniform.

All uniforms are to be returned no later than November 13^th. If an athlete turns in their uniform after November 13^th, they will be given after school detentions.
