Dec. 18-Class Gingerbread party

Jan. 5-Students return for the new year

The district email has been down since Wednesday, December 9. Due to this problem, we are not receiving any emails.  Please call the school and leave a message this week if you need to get a message to us.

Please fill out the attached sheet and return it tomorrow for our Gingerbread Party on Friday. This will help us with planning our supplies. Please come and join us and help your child make their own gingerbread house.

On December the 17, the entire Kindergarten will participate in “Celebrations around the World”.

We will travel to 7 different classrooms as we learn more about other countries and how they celebrate during this time of the year. Thank you to those that sent in candy to fill our piñata. I know the students will enjoy the piñata along with the other activities we have planned.

Tying Shoes

Please help your child learn to tie their shoes. We do not tie shoes after December so start practicing! We hope they are all ready come January 5, 2010!

School begins at 7:30.  Please try to have your child in our classroom by that time.  If your child is not in our classroom by 7:40, you will need to walk him/her to the office and sign them in.  We have several students that are tardy on a regular basis. They miss instructional time when they are late.

Please remember that we go to P.E. on Fridays at 7:50. If your child is late on Fridays, they miss turning in a lunch choice, giving us their 100 books, and are rushed to join their classmates in P.E.
