Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Letter Exchange

We will be participating in a letter exchange project this year. The exchange will center around the book, Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom by Bill Martin Jr. Twenty-five classrooms in the USA and one classroom from Russia will participate. We will be making a class book of all the decorated letters we receive. We will send 25 sets of the Uppercase and lowercase letter "B" to the other classrooms and they will send their assigned letters to us! This project begins in September and ends in January. We'll post pictures of all the letters as they arrive. We're really looking forward to all the creative ideas from other classrooms. We will also be tracking the locations of the other 25 classrooms on our class map. We will learn a little bit about their school, city, and state. When we receive a letter we will mark it on our chart and post a picture. This is a project organized by Me and involves 25 other teachers from the United States and one Teacher from Russia!
