Fitness

The general syllabus is on the syllabus page.  The entire first semester will 
focus on fitness.

Journal/Portfolio:  Each student will be required to keep a journal/portfolio 
   with all daily assignments and note sheets.  This folder will be kept in   
   the teacher’s office and returned as needed.
