Coach Meadows attended Erskine College where she received a Bachelor of
Science degree. While at Erskine, she had athletic scholarships in
volleyball and softball. As a senior, she was named to the All-District team
in softball. She also attended Furman University where she received her
Master of Arts degree. She is in her 22nd year at Eastside High.
In volleyball her teams have won 10 region championships and have made it to
the upper state championship game five times. She has been named Region
Coach of the Year 10 times. Her softball team won the region championship in
2004. She was named Coach of the Year in softball in 2004. She has coached
the South Carolina Coaches Association of Women's Sports(SCCAWS) All-Star
teams in volleyball in 1995 and 2005 and in softball in 2000 and 2004. She
served as President of the SCCAWS in 2004. She is an active member of the
South Carolina Coaches Association for Women's Sports(CAWS) and the
South Carolina Athletic Coaches Association(SCACA).
She is happily married to Rossie Meadows who is a physical education teacher
@ Northwest Middle School. They have 2 children, Hunter - 19 and Cameron -
