Mrs. Yates has been teaching at Emerald since 1991. She has taugh various
subjects from world history, sociology and psychology to economics,
government and African-American history. She has a BS in History from Lander
University and a Master's degree in Technology and Curriculum. Mrs. Yates
presently coaches the EHS football cheerleaders.
