What can I do if my child is going to be absent?

Roll is taken for every class, so I am aware of your child's absence. All of
my plans are located on my web site under "Absences" for the regular classes
and "Absences -- GATE" for the GATE classes. You can download the lesson
plan for the missed day. Your child can then see me for any handouts or
materials that were given on that day.

Is late homework accepted?

Unfortunately, late homework is not accepted. With over 110 students, it's
too difficult to manage late homework. However, late homework is accepted
if the student has been absent. Students with approved absences have up to
one week to turned in missed assignments.
