About The Teacher
I have taught 29 years with the past 16 at Woodruff High School. I am a graduate of Clemson University with a BA in Secondary Math Education and I have a Master's Degree from Converse College. Additionally, I have completed 30 more graduate hours above this degree. Recently, I became National Board certified. My husband Joe and I have been married 34 years and have 3 daughters and 2 sons-in-law. Julie, who is married to Bridge Engineer Andrew, is also a bridge engineer and Director of Lasting Impressions for Figg Bridge engineers in Tallahassee, Fla. Emily, who is married to Police Officer Jonathan, is a 4th grade teacher at Woodruff Elementary School. Suzanne is a student at USC at Beaufort. All three of our daughters are graduates of Woodruff High School. We are members of Cornerstone Baptist Church and live in Gray Court.
