I have been teaching primary students for 15 years. I have taught 5 year-
old kindergarten, 1st grade, and second grade. I have been teaching at
Woodruff Primary School for the past 8 years.
I grew up in Woodruff and attended Woodruff District 4 Schools and graduated
from Woodruff High School in 1986.
I graduated from USC in 1990 with a BA in Early Childhood Education.
I completed my Master's degree at Converse College in 1997.
I am married to Sammy Woodruff and we have two daughters, Jamie & Jessie who
are in the 9th & 8th grades here in Woodruff. We are very involved in our
daughters' sports and extra-curricular activities.
Some of my personal interests are:
scrapbooking, shopping, sports (cheer & soccer), traveling, & church.
My mission for our class is to instill a love of learning that will last a
life-time.
