Hello! My name is Fran Thomas and I am the Physical Educator at Woodruff
Primary School. I am in my 14th year of teaching at WPS. I am very
fortunate to have a wonderful job with wonderful children to work with! I
love teaching PE! I also coach girls volleyball and soccer at Woodruff High
School.
My mission for physical education is to develop and improve students personal
fitness and motor skills by providing developmentally appropriate activities
through purposeful, creative, and enjoyable instruction. By incorporating
challenging yet achievable tasks, the students can attain positive attitudes
about physical activity and movement.
