The Christmas program was wonderful. I noticed many of you were there. I'm
sorry I couldn't speak with everyone. There were lots of backstage duties to
attend to between performances!
We complete our MAP Reading assessment Monday. Your child is aware of his or
her goal. The students have worked hard. I expect great results on the
assesment! Your student will know his or her score Monday. We will begin the
Math assessment on Thursday and complete it Monday Dec. 14. Again, the
students know the expectations! They are great mathematicians.Our motto and
goal is "We can do it!" Thank you for your help and for encouraging your
child.
I'll place Scholastic book orders Monday. They'll be back in about a week.

I have two open grants on Donor's Chosse. A contribution has been made toward
the toys for recess. I'll keep you updated on the progress of these two
grants.
