I was born and raised in Woodruff, S.C. I graduated in 1991 from USC
Upstate with a BA in Education. I hold a S.C. teaching certificate in Early
Childhood and Elementary Education. In 2001, I received my Master's Degree
in Elementary Education from Converse College. In my teaching career of 16
years, I have taught 1st grade, 6th grade, 2nd grade, and 5 year old
Kindergarten. I am married with three children. I am an active member of
Cavins Baptist Church.
I hope that my students will become life long learners with a genuine love
for learning.
