What do I need to do if I need to pick up my child early?

If your child needs to be dismissed early from school, write a note and place
it in their folder. I will have them ready to go at that time. Go to the
office and let them know who you are picking up and they will call our room.
I will walk your child down to the office.

How should I send an excuse if my child has been sick?

A parent excuse should be written and a doctor excuse can be sent if seen by
the doctor. Excuses need to be sent in within three(3) days of the absence.
After 10 absences, all excuses must be a doctor's note.

What kinds of snacks do you want me to send?

In recent years, allergies have become more and more prevalent in our
schools. In light of this, we are asking that you NOT send snacks for the
entire class. However, you may send a snack for your child ONLY. Stress to
your child that even though they may want to share with a friend, it may be
harmful to their friend if they eat the snack. We appreciate your help in
this matter.
