"Books After School" is a program that allows parents to read with their
child/children in the library after school. Beginning in January, we will
only meet on Thursdays from 2:30-3:00. If you signed up earlier and have
not attended yet, we would love to have you join us.
Reading with children is one of the best ways to help them succeed in
school.
I hope you can join us and take advantage of having lots of reading material
at your fingertips. Please let me know if I can be of assistance to you in
reading with your child.
In January, we will begin a "Book Club" on Wednesday afternoons from 2:30-
3:00. We will be reading, checking out books, retelling stories with props,
doing puzzles and just having fun with stories. We have about 20 students
who will be attending and I am looking forward to this time with them.
