Welcome to my web page! I have been teaching for four years and all of my
experience is in the Lottery Pre-Kindergarten program. I love working with
our most precious assets and I look forward to our learning adventure!
I graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in December 2004
with my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. After being hired as a
teacher for the new Lottery Pre-Kindergarten at Austin Peay Elementary in
August 2005, I decided to continue my education at the University of
Tennessee, Martin and graduated with my Masters in Arts of Teaching in
December 2008. Before I graduated, I got married in June 2008 to my wonderful
husband, Chuck. We currently do not have any children, but we have a minature
daschund, Smokey. I also moved to Atoka Elementary for the 2008-2009 school
year. I grew up in Covington, and have lived just over the county
line in Barretville, also in Knoxville (while in school), and now I live
in Atoka.
