The Capshaw Chorus enjoyed a week
long celebration with
conductor/composer Dr. Lori-Anne
Dolloff from Toronto. The week
ended with a concert at Tennessee
Tech University.

Capshaw music classrooms enjoy
learning the fundamentals of the
keyboard in our wonderful piano
lab. Children begin working in
the
lab when they are in the first
grade.

Capshaw School hosted a Santa Lucia
Festival and brought a choir all
the way from Sweden! We enjoyed
learning about the traditions from
their country and participated in
the annual musical celebration of
light after the cold winter months.

Our first LEAPS rehearsal with
violins! Standing like Lady
Liberty helps us have the perfect
posture for playing the violin!

Seanad Chang came to our first
violin ensemble lesson! She is an
outstanding local musician who
plays in the BSO and many other
performance venues.
