DOL: Sheet 15- (Mon.) Quiz on Friday

DROPS: Sheet 34 (1 & 2 for Mon.)

ENGLISH: English workbook page 27 ( Check this with a parent. )

SPELLING: Test on Friday over Math words. This list was given to students on Friday and they were told to put it in their Cougar Folder. We added examples and definitions to each spelling word today.

HANDWRITING: Continue to work on sheet. It is due on Friday.

READING: READ ALOUD sheet was given to students today. They must complete 15 of the 20 activities aloud to receive an A. If they complete all 20, they will receive extra credit. This sheet must be signed by a parent and is due Wednesday, Dec. 17.

MATH: Lesson 53 - Do * problems for homework.

SOCIAL STUDIES: Chapter 8, Lesson 3 "Disagreement Grows." pages 310-315. We also finished all the definitions on our vocabulary sheet. Do page 121 in your Social Studies packet. We watched a Samuael Adams united streaming video.

SCIENCE: Make sure you have finished workbook pages 153,154, and 155 from last week. I will take these up today in class.

We will begin discussing Ch. 7, Lesson 7 today. Read pages C80-89. Be sure to keep up with your moon phase chart.

We did a practice TCAP reading test in class.

Math - We checked homework lesson 53. I taught lesson 54. Homework: Lesson 54 * problems

During Science and Social Studies, we took our math benchmark test on line for the county.

Social Studies - We watched a Samuel Adams video on-line. We also completed social studies packet p. 121.

Science - We began working on workbook pages 159 & 160 in class together.

Students enjoyed a wonderful Christmas story during Library time today. Students also worked on taking AR tests over 2 books that I read to them today. Your AR deadline in 12/14 at 3:30 p.m.
