I am Kendra Johnson, and I am excited to be at Capshaw! I taught fifth grade
for two years at Prescott Middle School, kindergarten for a year at Capshaw,
and this is my second year in third grade. I am a former Capshaw kid myself
and am proud to be back.
I graduated with my BA in Elementary Education from TTU in 2004. I
completed my Masters in Instructional Leadership in 2005, and I
completed my EDS in Instructional Leadership in August of 2006.
My parents are Roy and Donna Johnson. I have an older sister, Resa
Roberts, who is married to Jeff Roberts of Celina. They now live in
Cookeville with three children, Jake (4) and Bella (2), and Anzly (0). I also
have a younger brother, Brendan, who runs a lawn mowing business.
My mission for our class is to learn while having fun! I want your child to
experience third grade in a loving and nurturing environment where your child
feels safe, comfortable, and important. I am thrilled to be your child's
teacher! Thank you for sharing your child with me!
