Dear Parents,
Many have already met AR goals. Encourage your child to be taking those quizzes.
This 9 weeks' deadline is Monday Dec. 14 at 3:30.
This term's award is a program with a professional magician! I hope everyone will make their goal so
they won't miss this program!
Remember that our second graders are collecting for the Cookeville Children's Museum instead of
exchanging books. December 16, Susan Capron will collect items that the children have donated.
The wish list is on the red note sent home in last week's Monday Folder.

Our Polar Express Christmas party will be on Friday, December 18.(8:15-9:15)
Students should wear pajamas to school on this special morning.

Library News~ Beginning October 5th the library will be open from 7:00-7:45 every Monday through
Thursday mornings for children to take AR tests. It will also be opening on Saturdays from 9:00-
12:00 beginning October 10.
Please remember to send a healthy snack daily. Our lunch time is later so a good snack keeps them
going. Also remember not to send peanut items or nuts because we do have a child with a nut
allergy.
