What do I do if my child is absent?

If your child is absent, please send in a doctor's excuse the first day back.
 If your child has a fever, or has had one in the last 24 hours, please keep
him ot her at home.

Can I schedule a conference?

Absolutely!  Feel free to call me at school or send in a note with your child
and we can set up a conference.  The school number is 526-2414.

Can I eat lunch with my child?

Parents may come eat lunch with their child any day.  Your child and one
friend may eat on the tables just outside the cafeteria.  School policy states
that no outside food be brought into the cafeteria.

Can my child bring in invitations to his or her birthday party?

My only wish is that you include everyone in our class.  Feelings are easily
hurt in first grade.
