The 2009-10 jump rope team has  been chosen.  I'm excited to be working with this talented group of students.  The selection process was very difficult this year.  We have many talented 4th graders at Capshaw.

The Jump Rope team will practice every Tuesday.  Practice begins at dismissal and last until 3:45.  Jumpers may bring a nutritious snack and water to practice.  I have given each jumper a packet with jump rope skills listed.  They should learn each of the skills.  This will require practice at home.  Parents, please encourage you child to jump a little each day. I'm looking forward to a great year!
