Hey Parents.....Mrs. Wright is willing to buy the class that sells the most Kroger cards and activeslate!!! I am planning on getting one for our activeboard out of my classroom money, but it would be nice to have PTO pay for it because it costs around $400! If I don't have to purchase this from that account then I can use that money to spend on other things for our class through out the year!!
Here is how the card works....
1. Parents pay $5 for the card, which has that amount of money on it to
begin with. (The card is free.)
2. They take the card to the front desk at Krogers and put whatever amount
they want to on it to buy their groceries.
3. When checking out they use the Kroger card, as a debit card, to pay for
the groceries.
4. They may recharge the same card over and over and over . . . . . .
5. Capshaw gets 4% of whatever they spend.
Make sure you put your child's name that is buying the card with the money.
These could make great gifts and it is helping our school and hopefully our room!!!
