Be Ready ~ Be Responsible ~ Be Respectful

I can Be Ready by keeping my eyes on the
speaker to show that I am a good listener.
       
 
   Please review all of the study guides that were sent home last Friday with your child.  We will be testing Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Our Christmas breakfast will be Friday morning.  We would like to thank everyone who has been able to help with our treat bag items.  We are very proud of our students, and we appreciate all of your help and support.  Please contact us anytime you have questions, concerns, or suggestions. 
 
Math Learning Targets:
***Math 9 weeks test Wednesday***
  • I can analyze a bar graph, pictograph, frequency table, and line graph.
  • I can create a bar graph, pictograph, frequency table, and line graph.
  • I can make change from $1.00. 
  • I can count money up to $5.00. 
  • I can add and subtract money amounts with and without regrouping.
  • I can solve addition and subtraction story problems including those with irrelevant information.

Science Learning Targets:
  • I can identify objects that are attracted to magnets.
  • I can identify how the direction of a moving object is changed by an applied force. 
  • I can demonstrate how changing the mass affects a balanced system.

December 15 - 17 -- 9 weeks/midterm tests
Friday, December 18 -- half day of school & Christmas party
