December 11, 2009 We will be having our Christmas party next Friday morning. Your child should have brought a party note home explaining that we will exchange gifts. The boys need to bring a boy's gift around $5.00 and the girls a girl's gift. The note also had a list of party foods that you can sign up to bring. Please return this so we can make sure that we do not get too much of one thing! Also, we have asked the students to bring their gifts in by the 15th. Food can be brought in anytime next week. We will be walking to the Princess Theater next Thurs. afternoon. A permission slip will be coming home with your child. Please note on your calendar that students will come back from Christmas break on January 6. This is a change from the current calendar. We have started the Toy Drive here at Caywood. There are a variety of events going on to help with this cause. Of course, the school will accept any type of monetary donation to help with the Toy Drive-please make checks payable to Caywood Elementary School.
