Dear parents and Students:

BIENVENIDOS again to our SPANISH class!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very excited to share with you our plans to participate this year in our second "Silent Auction" that is coming up on Friday March 5th.

We would like to work putting together a quilt to be donated for this cause. Your child will need to make a square using just about any fabric materials, paint, patch work, etc.

I am happy to inform you that in our last meeting the students presented their 'sketches" for their upcoming quilt  project and I loved what I saw!!!!!!!!!

Remember that they are due on Wed February, 17:)

Spanish meeting in February: 3 and 24.

On Wednesday we will celebrate "Valentine's Day" and they were asked to bring a sign in Spanish related to love or friendship. We will also enjoy of a typical dessert from mexico, it will be a surprise for them but I can tell you that I ordered from "La Hacienda" mexican restaurante!!!!!!
