I have been teaching science classes at Cleveland High School (my alma
mater) for eight years. I currently teach Advanced Placement Biology II
Honors, Aquatic Biology (Scientific Research) Honors, and Biology I Honors.
I sponsor the Environmental Awareness Association (EAA) service club, and I
coach the Science Olympiad academic competition team. I am also an adjunct
instructor at Chattanooga State Technical Community College where I teach
General Biology I and II. My primary research interest is the study of
stream ecosystems especially fish communities in local streams.
