THIRD GRADE NEWS
News this week…
Work folders will be sent home on Wednesday this week. I appreciate your patience. I am trying to completely catch up with people’s make up work and our leaf projects. There have been lots of things to grade (including all those tests last week) in the last couple of weeks and I am behind J Don’t forget PTO’s Fall Fundraisers – Bring in pennies for our penny drive. This will continue until November. THANK YOU to all those who signed up and have even begun to bring in your items for the “Family Game Night” basket We already have several things. If you look on the back you will see the final list of items to bring. Those that are checked have already been turned in. Remember the deadline for those is October 7. Please join us for PTO tomorrow night at 6:00 for more information on bidding on and buying the many baskets donated. Please pay careful attention to the letter Mr. Bennett sent home today about tardies and early check outs. This important policy will affect several students in our class if we continue to have tardiness problems after October 1. Speaking of attendance, the school is having a contest in October for the best attendance. This includes tardies and check outs. Classes with the best attendance percentage will win a pizza party at the end of October. So do everything you can to be here and be on time!! WE WANT PIZZA!

Reminder: Breakfast is free to all students in the month of SEPTEMBER also. Take advantage of this opportunity. As of now Breakfast will be free in OCTOBER as Well!!
