About The Teacher

My name is Lisa Craig, and this is my eighth year teaching.  To relax, I love 
to either (you guessed it) read or write.  I hope by the end of the year that 
you will enjoy doing the same.  I received my undergraduate degree in 
Journalism from The University of Memphis and received my Master's in 
Education from Tennessee Tech.  I graduated in May with my Ed.S. in Library 
Science, and I am now the librarian at DMS!!  I am also teaching writing in 
the Writing Lab.  It's going to be a great year!!! :-)

Mission For The Class

I believe the mission for my classroom is for every student to be the 
best he/she can be.  I believe each student can reach his/her potential to 
succeed.  Remember - the choice is yours as to whether or not you will have a 
great day.  You can't change your circumstances, BUT you can certainly decide 
the BEST way to react to a situation!
