(Updated Dec. 13, 2009) This week in language arts / English classes we'll: - finish any speeches that need to be presented - practice another timed expository essay - correct sentences for grammar mistakes - practice spelling and vocabulary skills - complete a holiday story as the member of a group In reading classes we'll: - create our own narrative poems - finish reading (and analyzing) the current _Scope_, including a play based on the movie _The Blind Side_ Remember Friday is an abbreviated day, and then it's Christmas break!! Have a wonderful and safe holiday season. - For general school announcements, go to "Calendar" from the DMS home page and login as a guest.
