Will you extend A/R after the six weeks cut-off date?

I do extend the time for students who are absent the day A/R ends 
if they 
need it; otherwise, students must read and test by the cut-off 
date.

When is the last day to test for Accelerated Reader?

The last day to test for A/R will be posted on the front board 
under the 
heading - A/R NEWS.  It usually ends a couple of days before the 
six weeks 
ends.

When will progress reports be sent home?

Progress reports are usually sent home for a parent signature at 
the end of 
the third week in the six weeks.

Does the average on the progress report include Accelerated Reader?

No, Accelerated Reader is not calculated into the average until 
the end of 
the six weeks.

What is your grading formula?

Spelling -30%
Reading - 60%
Accelerated Reader  - 10%

I do not drop any grades.

I do not give assignments for extra credit.  Students are asked 
to do their 
best each day.
