When your discipline fails, my discipline will begin.
The following steps will be done in order as a means to correct
behavior. Certain behavior will be sent straight to the office
(fighting, profanity, bullying). Documentation will occur for all
steps. |

1st offense Verbal and Visual Warning (name on board) |

2nd offense Verbal and Visual Warning (check mark by name) |

3rd offense Verbal and Visual Warning (check mark by name) |

|
4th offense Conduct Slip Issued |
|
|
|
|
This set of consequences begins at the beginning of each 9-weeks |
|
|
|
|
grading period. Parents will receive a notification letter after the 4th |
|
|
|
|
conduct slip. |

|
|
