The following steps will be done in order as a means to correct
behavior. Certain behavior will be sent straight to the office
(fighting, profanity, bullying). Documentation will occur for all
steps.

1st offense Verbal and Visual Warning (name on board) |

2nd offense Verbal and Visual Warning (check mark by name) |

3rd offense Conduct Slip Issued |

|
|
|
This set of consequences begins at the beginning of each 9-weeks |

|
|
|
grading period. Parents will receive a notification letter after the 3rd |
|
|
|
|
conduct slip. |

|
|
