Can I go as a chaperone?

Yes, any parent that wishes to go is welcome; however, we only have room for

reservation will be allowed to ride the bus. All other parents will have to
drive or carpool.

If I drive can my student ride in the car with me?

No. County policy says that all students on a fieldtrip must be on the
county approved transportation with their class. If you drive and wish to
sign your student out after supper, then they can ride home with you in your
car. Signing them out earlier than that would mean that you and your student
are no longer a part of our group, and will not be able to take part in any
more of our activities with us on this trip.

Can someone else go in my place as a chaperone?

Yes, any parent or grandparent that you approve can go. Any other
responsible ADULT relative would have to be approved by the teachers and
principal.

Can a younger/older brother or sister go?

Water Elementary are allowed to go on this trip.

be paid in full by May 11,2009.

Can I get my money back if I decide not to go?

Shortly after the registration deadline we will have to send deposits
reserving a set number of tickets. If you have sent in a reservation and
deposit, you are telling us that you are going and tickets are being
purchased for you. If you decide after that date you can not go, we will
send you a refund ONLY IF we can find someone to take your place and purchase
your tickets from us. If we can not, then there will be no refund.

What if I find out after the reservation deadline that I can go?

We will put your name on a waiting list, and if any tickets become available
you will be given the chance to purchase them and go with us.
